Refill Request

UP TO 48 HOURS IS REQUIRED TO ADDRESS ALL PRESCRIPTION REFILL REQUESTS. Please be mindful that our office is closed on Friday so any requests made on Friday will not be addressed until Monday.

We ask that patients contact their pharmacy first to request refills of all non-stimulant/non-narcotic medications.  It is the goal of our practice to ensure that you have enough refills of all medications to last until your follow up appointment.  If you have missed your follow up appointment and need refills, please all our office at 336-282-1252 and schedule an appointment.
